This was my first time trying these and I love them. They were bundled neatly and soft to the touch. Easy install, took my stylist a little under 2 hours. As far as shipping, it was done in a timely manner and thats big for me.

I truly truly love this hair. This was my first time doing my hair myself. I watched a couple of YouTube videos several times and off I went. Not only was it easy to do but I was doing my hair with one arm that is slightly injured. So if I can do it, you can do it. The hair is pretty soft but just so you know, before putting my locks in my hair I soaked the faux locs in vinegar and water overnight and then I shampooed and conditioned the hair. The hair did itch the back of my neck for a little while. I had to apply hydrocortisone cream to my neck and also I purchased a hair bonnet that is specifically for long braids. That did the trick. I received lots of compliments with my hairstyle and here we are one month later and my hair still looks great. I would buy this product again.
